Welcome to Graff Counseling.

I have a strong focus on working with women with various concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self worth, assertiveness, infertility, perinatal/pregnancy related mood disorders and parenting. I also have extensive training and experience treating eating disorders and self injury, and OCD. With nearly 20 years of combined medical and mental health experience, I am able to assist you with your therapy needs on a multi faceted level.

I work with you in order to establish realistic, attainable goals to feel better and manage your symptoms. I believe in the mind body connection and often incorporate lifestyle assessments in order to gain more insight and the connection between physical and emotional healing. Research has shown these methods are the foundation of mental and physical health.

Before opening my own private practice in 2015, I worked in inpatient and outpatient settings, alcohol and drug rehabilitation centers and community mental health centers. I also have experience in community outreach and education, creating workshops and trainings. I treat individuals, as well as families and encourage you to contact me with any questions you may have. While I know starting therapy may be difficult, my hope is that by working together, you can develop healthier choices.
